Fel Barrage, Metamorphosis, and Chaos Strike brings high burst damage with ranged CD rates.

Plus it’s fun to watch them zip around the screen with Fel Rush. That being said, Havoc is a simple class to play in an already stressful game setting. Demon Hunters do insane amounts of burst damage, while still being able to hold their own in small cleave fights.
